Our pepper jelly features the unique flavor of the Jamaican Scotch Bonnet pepper, combined with sweet bell peppers, and pure cane sugar, for a taste you are sure to come back for. All-natural, cooked in open pots in small batches for a truly homemade taste. Our pepper jelly is perhaps best when served as an appetizer with cream cheese and crackers, but is also excellent as a marinade for fowl, pork, beef or game.
