The Bayou Classic® Bayou Skimmer is an essential tool for fish fries, seafood boils, and outdoor cooking events. Designed with a generous 7-inch wire mesh bowl and an extended 18-inch handle, it allows you to safely lift, drain, and serve fried or boiled foods while keeping your hands away from hot oil and boiling water.
The durable wire-mesh basket quickly drains excess oil, making it perfect for fried fish, chicken, onion rings, hushpuppies, French fries, and more.
